Smoky, gamey nose. Very much like Northern Rhone. Palate is so lean, but great flavors. Seems a little disjointed in my mind. Wonder if this will ever flesh out?

Meaty, olives, fennel. More tartness than I expected. Lovely on the palate, but the mouthfeel was a bit wan.
