Clear Lake Trousseau

Citrus strawberry fruit punch, white pepper, very smooth. I prefer trousseau chilled but this was well done.

Green strawberry, herbal, earthy graphite. flavors with ripen strawberry light on palate. Very nice example

This is quite simply, amazing. Can’t really say enough positive adjectives.

Stunningly beautiful murky pressed strawberry color turning a fish roe neon when a light shines through. The nose is so expressive with piney incense and forest undergrowth. Such personality. Accents of raspberry, persimmon, and Ceylon cinnamon brim the edges of the nose and palette. Flavors are dominated by candied fruit - blood orange and wild strawberry.

Beautiful color and cranberry nose, almost a sour straw but not sweet taste. Loved. Crushable.
