Apr 10th, 20162h decant. Very old world. Nose of tobacco, leather, habanero, cinnamon, ripe bramble. Not clearly Cali until the palette, when more (though modest) fruit appears. Decades of life remain.

Apr 9th, 2022Holy smokes. While this is really lean, there is pronounced blackberry juice here, even Cumberland sauce and venison. It's both rich and lean at the same time. The finish is extraordinarily long.
