Intense lemon zest, touch of yeast, minerals, whif of reduction....on the nose sharp middle to end. Will be fun to check back in several years to see how it evolves.

Excellent CH from Santa Cruz. A bit acidic at first, then a bit odd on mid, then gorgeous in 2-3 hour mark.
