Au Bon Climat Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir 2019: Bright. Fresh. Inviting. Medium-bodied. Medium acidity. Soft gentle tannins. Juicy red fruits. Vanilla. Herbs. Earth. Soft oak. Long elegant finish. All in all, this Pinot hit the mark! What more could I ask for: Camelback Mountain & a great Pinot! Sounds like a perfect day to me! Fantastic weekend to all! Cheers🍷

Nov 7th, 2021Fresh fruit with a little chalkiness on the finish, probably needs another year or two in the cellar, it was smooth and mellow on day two but still had bright acids. Great value for pasta night.
