15’ Aubert Ritchie. Best Ritchie I’ve enjoyed from Mark to date? 🤷🏻♂️ Medium + bodied. Beautifully balanced Chardonnay. White peach, splash of pineapple core, apricot, white toast, sprinkle in a bit of floral spices. 3 favorites from this vineyard are Château Boswell- Arista- Aubert. Cheers. -at BLT Honolulu, Hawaii

Aug 19th, 2019Color - murky medium gold color. Nose - tropical fruits: apple, pear and pineapple stand out. Floating notes of butterscotch, minerals, sea coast aroma follow. Taste — creamy and rich with intense flavors of green apple and pineapple, white peach crushed river rock and minerals with a subtle taste of buttered toast. A long finish of butterscotch and lemon. Medium acidity. Pairs well with sushi. .

1/2 hour decant(some cloudy sediment). A spectacular murky medium gold color. On the nose: pear, citrus, floral, butterscotch, slight oyster shell. Taste: creamy, rich, intense wine with pineapple, lemon, little buttered toast, white peach, crushed stone, orange peel, and a minerally Butterscotch finish. YUM!

Big and bold. Oak and Malo. Beautiful fruit. This has great acidity. But 15.1% alcohol? Oh my! Too much for me.
