Taste: rich, smooth mouthcoating wine with dark cherry, baking spice, earth, cloves, minerals and a nice long finish. YUM! Goes great with the Thanksgiving roasted chicken and bread salad.

Love the finesse and strength of this wine. It blew my mind. Super silky, with an extremely long finish. Feels less fruit forward than other Aubert SV. I became a true fan of Aubert, both chards and pinots are amazing!
