Pear, peach and golden apple, with a touch of mushroom on the nose. Same on the palate, plus lemon curd and lots of minerality and sea salt. Moderate plus body, bit of sweetness, and high acidity. Almost feels slightly effervescent. Delicious. Fantastic.
