A good amount of dark plum fruit two block from Bouchet vineyard the two oldest blocks a good amount if black earth black olive tapenade and wild herbs and flowers. A big and chewy wine with big tannins but ripe and round. A very big and savory style of Syrah a la norther Rhone only 310 cases produced
