Nice Cava. Nice fizz, mildly acidic. Lots of pears, apples, and honey.

This is a very nice cava. Can serve to champagne people and they won’t fuss too much.

I knew I recognized this label. A couple years ago I went to a de Maison Selections tasting and that was the first time I had a Cava that didn’t taste...”dirty” is the only word I can describe. It was the 2013 Avinyó. Hello again old friend. You make Cava that made me eat my words. Thanks for the smack in the face as to how good Cava can be. Cava.
