Ended up using this in an Earl Gray French 75, so hard to say much about it. But I’d love to try it again, decent price and nice-looking bottle.

Fun little pet. Good acid, crisp fruit, nothing outstanding, but good QPR. Typo on the label calling it "charming and slightly frizzante WHINE" provides added bonus.

Peach, dried apricot, lychee, kiwi, pomelo pulp, honeydew melon, bitter almond flower. Snapping acidity, light bodied, prickly-fizz texture, crisp dry citrus zest/limestone finish. Highly aromatic, excellent acid/bubble/dryness balance. Perfect hot weather wine.
