Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne

The bigger house style here is powerful and dense, 6.5 g/l dosage, gives this a very full body and texture, a very dense mousse.
A kaleidoscope of flavors and textures this is rich, deeply flavored and very long on the finish. Maybe a tad too much for me for a b2b, but there is no denying the very good quality.

Stunning vintage champagne - creamy, nutty and brioche with a hint of citrus and a beautiful finish. Everyone in the room was asking, "what is this, it's amazing!" The guests who brought this will certainly be invited back!

Nez expressif floral agrume léger - fraîcheur - légère amertume en fin de bouche - longueur appréciable

Warm, rich and bready nose, stewed apples and spice. Creamy, round and super easy to chug through this. I would have preferred a touch more acidity and mineral. Still wine was also rich, dense and complex after sitting a lil too long.
