15 is not my favorite vintage overall in this area. Ripe, more tropical than most. This has great balance. the first place I send people to when visiting the valley.

Beautifully silky texture and super subtle oak. Decanted this the first night, but it remained resolutely closed. Half a bottle and 48 hours later, this was sublime!

Whites are not my first preference but Ayoub does not disappoint. Warm, buttery and smooth on the palate, this is a perfect wine for enjoying on its own across a pleasant summer night.
