Stunning beautiful expression of Sangiovese. From a high elevation vineyard with rocky, sandy soils. A lighter tone. More Burgundian. Cherry fruit, nice bite too. Long. I want more of this.

Surprisingly transparent. Bright cherry and blackberry aromas with the berry flavours complemented by a subtle cedar taste and bit of sharp cranberry. Vanishingly little tannin. If asked to guess I might have said it was a valpolicella!
