Wooly, waxen, funky in the best ways, slight peeking of volatility which isn’t off-putting in the least, the savory and mineral aromatics and flavors are sitting in a nice place. Feels ready to drink and not mature at all.

So Fresh and so beautiful

A baby. So strange. Smelled like fresh espresso beans and flowers and white fruit plus a myriad of other crazy shit. Far out wine. Very structured and seems age worthy. I get the hype

Vibrant with flesh, hard to wait for what it could become. Too good!!

A great wine. Super acidity, citrus, and a complex, more rounded finish, which lingers for some time.

Delish. White floral notes, grass, honey and almond there, too, with some saline edge on the finish. Cork was totally saturated, though the wine is still pretty young. But I think it was overfill, not seepage.
