First taste of Trocken Rheingau Riesling... bone dry with well-incorporated white fruit Flavors. Awesome! As a new wanna-be wine geek, dry to off-dry Riesling are becoming favs.

It's been a while since I had a dry Riesling. Quite good with my salad. Crisp, lean, green apple, lemon, and that sort of "licking a rock" minerality.
