Color of light gold. Nose of green apple, lemon curd, saline, done flowering note, and a bit citrusy. Taste of salty minerals, bittersweet grapefruit zest, and subtle acidity. Aftertaste is dominated by the zesty note, definitely too much of it, and some hot note from alcohol. A bit disappointed.
