Mouton Cadet Red Bordeaux Blend

Smooth but vibrant paired with excellent steak

Deep ruby in color, almost purple; cherries, black plum, and slate on the nose; medium acidity, medium plus tannins; tastes like black cherries, graphite, wet gravel, and a hint of eucalyptus with a long peppery finish. Tastes like Bordeaux. Lots of minerals, restrained fruit. It's pretty good.
