Barone Pizzini was the first producer to make an organic Franciacorta wine. Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, medium golden color with aromas of stone and citrus fruits with fine bubbles and light mousse. On the palate flavors of ripe apple and lemon citrus with biscuit and honeysuckle notes. Medium+ finish ending with fruit, citrus and floral mineral character.

Craving something bracing, refreshing, and bubbly today so the lovely wine consultant at USQ Wines recommended this Franciacorta that in pairing with a white Neapolitan brasiola pizza.
Brioche and raisin and sun soaked and fennel in the nose.
Good acid and chew. Giving me a fennel type tasting note in the best way possibly mixed with a breast quality. It’s a savory, refreshing tasting experience.
