A typical Chianti Classico, and it's a good one. Cherry and currant on the nose. The lovely tannins and dryness with that spicy touch. Is winegasm a word yet?

Разбаланс, сухие танины, высокая кислотность, пустое тело. Неудачно.

May 30th, 2015Right out of bottle: Dark ruby color; tight fruity nose; undeveloped and unbalanced taste with medium body and bitter finish. Second glass after 1h airing: better; more focused and fruits more exposed. Needs lots of airing.

Sep 3rd, 2014Call me a heathen but iAd never heard of this wine before. Strangely, I have never been disappointed with Italian wines that begin with the letter B, this one included. It's rich and tart without tannins, straight from the popping of the cork. Leave it to sit and it gains body and legs. Truly a wine worth as outing with cheese and good company. Enjoy!
