Beautiful gold. Pineapple honey mineral on the nose. Really really light. Couldn't taste much when I had it with lightly fried fish, but on its own there's delicate butter and creme brûlée, pear shortcake... All the good things a Chardonnay can have with some oak and MLF, without being heavy. Delicate and austere, smooth and light. $30+ seems a bit much, but it's not bad.
