Fresh, false effervescence out of the bottle that blows off with air. Not particularly green, not particularly fruity.

lusty, funky cab franc. if you find yourself turned off by green pepper extracted cab franc this is for you. no green here. stoney berries, sage, farm.

organic, no sulfur, delicious

Roses and dead leaves. Perfumed Ina delicate manner.

A rich, robust cab franc: raspberries, cherries, iron, graphite, purple flowers and funk. Tiniest hint of green/veg note. If you eschew "greener," lithe Chinons, look no further.

Cherry Point with Pole and Cass. Nice, but unexceptional. Would drink again.
