This GSM blend could almost pass for a French bottle. Certainly fruity up front on the nose (red and black berries, a but stewed), but underneath that you've got notes of dusty, chalky soil with hints of mushrooms and a bit of petrol. The palette is a bit more new world, but still confirms the nose. The fruit is a bit less ripe on the palette, though, adding a tartness more along the lines of cranberries or pomegranates.
