The color is pale gold. On the nose honey, yeast, toasted almonds, and apricots. On the palate it's a restrained acid, which hits with pear, slate and graphite. I find it's not quite balanced in the fruit, acid and wood,but certainly bland and water in the mid palate. Crisp acid, stone fruit with an astringent finish.
