Clean, clear pale yellow, light citrus fruit aromas, and floral notes. Palate still has zesty sour green apple fruit flavors and some grassy notes. The wine finished short with earthy tones. Tasting Sample.

If you know me you know I’m a NZ Sauv Blanc guy. You get plenty of bang for your buck, even with the entry level offerings. The SB features pretty basic lemon and lime notes, maybe a touch of pear and a hint of something tropical (guava perhaps). The acidity is brisk, but held in check, with some light mineral notes coming in on the finish. It’s not bad - especially since most people will drink it ice cold - but it’s hard to imagine anyone going out of their way to bring this bottle home.
