Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Very dark, very plush and very ripe. Certainly a good wine but really meant for a prime rib

This one had a ton of blueberry and dark currants. The start is velvety and fruit forward but tannins strike mid-palate. The ending is not particularly memorable. I think it is a great tasting wine for a 2016 vintage but also at this age I was hoping for more

Amazing dry red wine!

A wonderful bold aroma and deep color. Flavor is too sweet and grapey. Very smooth and some interesting spice notes.

W/ beef steak at Home Aromatic coz of their sweet floral aroma, and too semi sweet for me

Still too juicy, but had the dry back end I’ve been looking for.

Dark fruit. Balanced but a little sweeter than I prefer. Pleasant.
