Rubis fonce
Nez épicé et de fruit noire légèrement vanille jus de viande et olive moire
Attaque pleine mais fraîche et precise presque sur l agrume
Milieu ample
Finale longue savoureuse avec un retour sur l agrume et les fruits noirs et belle amertume
Vraiment belle bouteille très prometteuse pour le millesime et belle Syrah avec un boisé juste

Color still holding a nice rich violet while a copper rim is beginning to form.
Nose took a couple minutes to open up not surprisingly. When it did, it offered lovely violets, graphite and desiccated plum along with a stripe of bloody meat and a flowery top note
I wish it had more "oomph" going down but it was a fine drink. Quite rustic like others here have said.
Finish was short-ish and the acid stuck out just a bit but it washed some Comte down real fine.
94 nose, 88 drink - I'll average out to a 91 overall.
