Dark, glass-clinging purple with opaque black core. Abundant, blue-fruity nose. Echoed on the lush, full palate which adds red apple peel, blackberry, and bitter black plum. Medium acidity. Velvety medium tannins. Very nice, everyday St. Emilion. Food is, of course, naturally its friend. Drink now through 2030.

2020 vintage. Like La Tour Carnet another disappointment from Bernard Magrez in this great vintage. Nowhere near the quality of the excellent 2018. A jammy new-world-style crowdpleaser. Very disappointing. Abv. 15%.
