This wine is fantastic... paired with strip steaks and Chef Nathan Rogers' chimichurri!

Fruity and acidic. Lots of red fruit in the palate with a hint of smoke and earth undertones. Give this a hard decant and let it breathe for 30-45 minutes. This is a 'classic' Central Coast Pinot.

Cherry aromas not fruit forward. Should be good with chicken. A bit spicy, oaky.

Zesty up front; follows up with a dark, rich, and smokey body with sweet prunes/raisins. Complex and drinkable, but feels a bit disjointed
