Nose like a 1980’s on palate like 2000’s even after opening (kept in bottle) for a day. Once poured out the glass the wine mellow down quite quickly. Drank it at Suinsom Val Gardena

Cold weather? Mushroom polenta? Has to be an old Amarone.
