I'm usually more of a fan of the Kick Ranch SB but this wine rocked. Paired perfectly with fried yellowtail snapper. 😋

On the creamier, fuller textural side of SB with more lemon compote/tropical notes.... nice change of pace to higher acidity and citrus dominance. Good bridge as weather turned cooler

Wonderfully delicious Sauv Blanc. Lots of sediment and very cloudy but do not let the looks deceive you. This one is a keeper!
