Such an insane luminous yellow color! Lots of vanillin and oak on the nose. Buttercream and baking spices, baked apple on the palate. More acidity than expected!

A very spicy chard, with florals, a bit thin in the palate, kind of soft, needs more acidity, but very quaffable

Bigger, richer, more oak than the 12.5 would suggest or expect from Oregon. I would mistake it for Ca😒
