Thank you Vinomofo for a cheap and cheerful bubbles.
For $12 a bottle it's great, easy drinking Yarra sparkling.
Celebrating the pre flight countdown for some fun in the sun.

This Blanc de Blancs NV sparkling is a collaboration between Vinomofo and De Bortoli in the Yarra Valley. Bisou Bisou means kiss kiss in French, apparently one kiss is never enough ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜

It's beautifully effervescent on the eye with baked fruit pie and citrus on the nose. Think apple pie with a sprinkling of baking spice and a side of creamy lemon curd. The palate is full of flavour with crisp citrus, pastry and an uber fine, smooth mousse (mouthfeel). We took this bottle along to Perth BYO hotspot Dough Pizza, bad mistake! Why you ask? Because I had to share it with 3 other people!! Selfish of me I know!

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Don't forget, wine is subjective #gifted

Delectable Blue

The highest complement I can give this wine is that I would not be surprised if it had been poured for me from a Verve bottle. Maybe not quite as refined as Verve, but not far from it. Nicely balanced, a hint of sweetness, but beautifully rounded with a voluptuous mouthfeel. I canโ€™t think of any Australian sparking wine I have enjoyed as much as this one. Iโ€™ll definitely be ordering more for the festive season.
