Crisp, Apple cider like bouquet.

Peach fuzz blanketing my taste buds, this unusual sparkling wine is crisp, light, and delicate but contains nuances of peaches, grapefruit, and cherries. Wonderful with my homemade mushroom ragu rigatoni.

Tasted in 2014: wrong vintage shown. Similar to Prosecco but less floral with heavy white pepper and minerals.

Great value. Simple with a creamy texture, aromatic. Plus it makes a superior Bellini.

Light, great bubbles , delish!

Lots of alpine like minerality & a bit of pepper. Delicious.

Easy, clean. More depth than regular prosecco. Can't complain.
