Dark red purple. Big voluptuous nose of blackberry/blueberry compote in a new wooden bowl. Medium full palate echoes the nose with medium plus acidity and medium plus tannins. A classic South African Bordeaux style blend that, with its forward fruit and food-friendly structure, is a great bridge between Old World and New. Drink now through 2027 or so.
