Feb 15th, 2018At first it felt like the weaker vintage was showing through with some greener notes, but after +1hr in the decanter it actually took on some weight and structure. It all came together and paired well with a hearty t-bone steak!

Nov 7th, 20152011 Blankiet paradise. Opened lighter but over time has volumed to quite a substantial wine (recognizing in a burgundy guy). Beautiful flavor and with real time I'd love to retry.
