Takes a day to really get going but when it does, wow- this has astonishingly pure red fruit, red berry and plum, lots of licorice, menthol, some cranberry and herbs. Great, cool, pristine energy. This is an ethereal wine, and a tremendous value, and I can see this hitting 9.6 or higher down the line.

Herbaceous, fruity and a slight spice quality. Lithe acidity and no wood. A light pinot noir but with delicious flavours. Paired perfectly with venison on the first Advent here in Germany!
