Bodega El Esteco
Reserve Don David Calchaqui Valley Malbec
Valles Calchaquíes, Northwestern Provinces, Argentina
Deep Ruby, with dark edges, aromas of black fruits and strong spice. On the palate flavors of Plum and Blackberry with spice and oak. Full-bodied, rustic harsh tannins ending with smoky spice on the finish. Just ok. Drink now, passing it’s prime.

Pours jam in color. ON THE NOSE: leather and dirt and savoriness. ON THE PALATE: dark plum and cigar. A tartness from the tannins but not overly drying. Medium(+) body and medium (+) finish.
