Blackberries, oak, and lingering tannins. Good cab at a reasonable price.

After yesterday's Malbec it came time for CS from same Bodega Norton. Price is same, but the rest is different :). Ruby clear color, cherry, fruity nose, but in mouth more astringent, not so fruity like Malbec and even slightly bitter for a while, like a walnut shell. Pleasant spicy aftertaste stays for a long time, and become sweet fruity after a while which is nice surprise after bitter, strong tannins at the begging. Nice Cabernet.

And so we move to Argentina. Acidic on the tongue and less than desirable for my tastes....

Good stuff! Rich and spicy
