Bodega Rezabal
Getariako Txakolina Txakoli Rosé
A fair amount of effervescence which is super refreshing. Raspberries, strawberries, rhubarb and all things tart.
Pairs well with pork tenderloin, cambazola cheese, sauteed mushrooms arugula salad.

Pale pink orange; medium plus intensity aromas of banana candy (circus peanuts), raspberry, celery root, leeks; subtle effervescence, dry (but almost off-dry), medium acid, low alcohol, medium body, medium plus intensity flavors consistent with aromas; medium finish, a touch of phenolic bitterness on palate, a bit strange

Rezabal makes some of the best natural Txakoli, but I think the Rose’ stands a head above the white. Mostly because I love the spicy jalapeño kick at the end
