This pale yellow wine has an interesting nose full of lemon, peaches and a lanolin note. A bit of earth peeks out amid the smell of white flowers. The mouth is rather full, yet the acidity is fresh and zingy. Lemony minerals dominate the palate and leave me craving a calamari and scungilli salad.

Sort of combines the butteriness of Chardonnay and the zing of Sauvignon Blanc. Dry but not overly so. Significant bitterness on the finish.
