Tesoro de Bullas Monastrell

Great finish, medium body

Easygoing and enjoyable but slightly flat and weak.

Dark ruby in color with an orange / brick rim.

Fruity nose with sour cherries, strawberries, plums, red currants, cedar, earth, forest floor, blueberries and black pepper.

Dry and earthy on the palate with blueberries, wood, dirt, forest floor, licorice, spices, cedar and pencil lead.

Medium-bodied with a long finish and round tannins yet powerful, spices and black pepper.

Made with how does percent monastrell grapes and aged for 10 months in American oak.

14% alcohol by volume.

Not bad tasting. Drinkable. Very fruit forward. However not worth the price.

The acidity overpowers the fruit. May be passable with very rich food.

Floral.

Very earthy and heavy.

Cal like. No one else.

Good. But I WAS expecting more of a "wow" factor. Also this bottle was sooooo difficult to open!!

Deep garnet color and full bodied. Not much complexity, but nicely rounded tannins. Will go well with steak.
