My first en Rama sherry. It was very unique. It had that unfiltered mouth feel to it, sweet, nutty, and it grew on me over the month I kept the bottle refrigerated. Excellent!

Full on nut-roast and sharp oaky tang in mouth leaving a sour toffee and creamy finish. En rama amontillado! It's a strong flavour I found, quite intense compared to other good amontillados I've had recently - really allows you to savour it! Great before, during or after a meal. Fab with stronger cheeses and cashew nuts.
