Super dry sherry with notes of toasted cashews and chamomile

A funky, nutty, bone-dry sherry. Good stuff!

Good minerality, a little briney, earthy and buttery, balanced with light acidity. Great on its own, or subtle enough to mix in a cocktail.

Light and yeasty with a good dose of apple on the palate.

Very dry, raisiny with a good balance of nutty oxidative quality a long with the freshness and bracing quality of flor.

Unmatched quality / value. Great warm day apero.

Low acid yields an odd creaminess. Good flinty flavor though.
