Bodegas La Horra
Corimbo Ribera del Duero Tempranillo
Corimbo, 2011
Wine Review
Ribera del Duero, 100% Tempranillo. 12 months in barriques, 80% French Oak and 20% American Oak.
Decanted Two hours. Deep Ruby in color, medium “legs”.
Nose: Tar, Sour Cherry, Notes of citrus and slight whiff of wet barnyard, though not offensively so.
Taste: Soft, ripe cherry notes, full tannins, savory notes like a tomato ragu and Kalamata black olive.
