Still learning rioja and crianza, but I feel like fruitier crianza is more like Merlot, and as it ages it gets more like a spice heavy, earthier Syrah. Anywhere that’s where this was, currants, maybe a little plum, but other flavors.

Wonderfully fantastic wine. Great flavor and easy to drink, smooth and rich. No after taste. I had this at a spanish food restaurant. Definitely would need to find this wine and purchase.
