Very high level of acidity as promised. I do enjoy that but want a bit more sweetness for contrast. Maybe it will open up...

Tried it in a restaurant and it's a little acidic for me. But not terrible

The aroma was definitely apple and a little honey. The taste for me was apple and lemon, although it was less tart than expected for tasting lemon. As it warmed, I detected more honey. Very refreshing, and I drank it post-workout with a spicy seared tuna.

Very interesting and flavorful blend of citrus and an odd brown butter finish
