A fine vintage, probably the best in Rioja since 2001. Young. Exuberant nose of dark ripe cherries, plums and garrigues. Orange peel and coffee pop up later. Vibrant mouthfill, length, to lay down for a couple of years, at least.

Sela 2019. Dark ruby coloration. Some translucency. On the nose, red berries, fruity, acidic. Fresh. On the palate, red fruits, vanilla. Fresh from the acidity.
