My bday wine, so well balanced, rich, bold amazing red wine. So enjoyable :)

From magnum to pair the fillet with oystermushroom sauce.

Licorice nose. Great silky wine. Paired perfectly with risotto with oxtail. Delicious!

Eventhough it is young this is such a great wine. Leather, cocoa, plumbs, some sweets and a lingering finish. Love it.

Best wine of the night. Finally got to enjoy the end of this one surrounded by my wine thoughts. Can't remember specifics now though - too tired. Interesting night

Decanted this 2013 vintage 6 hours ago. The nose is fantastic with ceder, chocolate and red fruit. But also alcohol.....
In the mouth it doesn't open yet. We will finish the bottle tomorrow. For now we say let's try again next year. The next day the wine was way softer.... Rating up to 8,9.
