BIG Alcohol. Dominates the wine with the exception of the huge oak aromas and flavors. (Chips?) Honestly tastes more like a Cab Sauv. Not much in the way of fruit at all. Not a fan.

Great value at $7 on sale. Lush, rich, with smokey finish. I need to snap more of these up. I think it could age a year or two more.

Pretty good. It's bold but there is a bit too much bitterness on the back half. Sweet but not too sweet and that's good for a Merlot.
